The Rankin Zoo

Unless something miraculous happens in the next 45 minutes or so this baby is not going to show up in the month of October. I guess we’re looking at a November birthday. The kid missed Halloween but I think we can bank on her being here by Thanksgiving!

We had a checkup this morning. The baby is doing fine and so the suggestion was that we keep waiting – which is what we’re doing. Wait wait wait. And then wait some more.
Coral seems to be getting over her cold. B and I are still suffering along – hopefully B [...]

Still no update on this silly baby. Our family cold seems to be in full force though (B and Coral seem to be having a coughing contest in the other room right now), so maybe it’s best if Reef waits until we get better before she shows up.

We went to the annual neighborhood Halloween parade and this year Coral went as a Fairy Princess. She was very cute. I’m not that into princesses but judging by other girls Coral’s age at the parade it’s a pretty common costume for girls.
